• We do not control the transaction.
• We do not guarantee condition, authenticity, mileage, or documentation.

All transactions occur directly between Buyer and Dealer.

Sissomotors is not responsible for:

• Fraudulent listings
• Non-delivery
• Hidden defects
• Payment disputes
• Title transfer issues

Users assume full responsibility for due diligence.

B. Sissomotors-Owned Listings

When a vehicle or spare part is marked “Sold by Sissomotors”:

• Sissomotors is the legal seller.
• We are responsible for the accuracy of listing descriptions.
• Liability is limited to the purchase amount paid.

Unless expressly stated in writing, no extended warranties are implied.
