1. Introduction

Welcome to Sissomotors (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

Sissomotors operates:

• An online marketplace where third-party Dealers list vehicles and spare parts; and
• A direct sales business where Sissomotors sells vehicles and spare parts that it owns.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Business Models Clarification

Sissomotors operates in two capacities:

2.1 Marketplace Services

When a listing is marked as:

• “Listed by Dealer”
• “Third-Party Seller”
• Or does not indicate Sissomotors as the seller

Sissomotors acts only as a platform provider.

We do NOT:

• Own the listed vehicle
• Control pricing
• Participate in negotiations
• Guarantee vehicle condition

The transaction occurs directly between Buyer and Dealer.

2.2 Direct Sales by Sissomotors

When a listing is marked:

• “Sold by Sissomotors”
• Or clearly identified as Company-owned inventory

Sissomotors acts as the legal seller.

In such cases:

• We own the vehicle or spare part
• We control pricing
• We issue invoices
• We are responsible for representations made in the listing

Terms of sale for Company-owned items may include:

• Specific warranty terms
• Return policies (if applicable)
• Inspection procedures

3. Dealer Responsibilities

Third-party Dealers must:

• Legally own or be authorized to sell listed items
• Provide accurate descriptions
• Disclose known defects
• Comply with all applicable transport, aviation, and trade laws
• Avoid misleading or fraudulent advertisements

We reserve the right to remove listings at our discretion.

4. Spare Parts Listings

Spare parts may be listed by:

• Third-party Dealers
• Sissomotors (Company-owned inventory)

Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

Sissomotors is not responsible for incompatibility when parts are purchased from third-party sellers.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

• Conduct independent inspections
• Verify documentation and ownership
• Confirm regulatory compliance (especially for aircraft)
• Exercise due diligence before payment

6. Payments

6.1 Third-Party Listings

Payments are made directly to Dealers unless otherwise stated.

Sissomotors is not responsible for payment disputes between Buyers and Dealers.

6.2 Sissomotors-Owned Inventory

Payments for Company-owned items are made directly to Sissomotors.

Payment terms, delivery, and ownership transfer will be governed by invoice terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

For Marketplace Transactions

Sissomotors is not liable for:

• Fraud by third-party Dealers
• Vehicle defects
• Misrepresentation
• Failure to transfer ownership
• Non-delivery

For Sissomotors-Owned Sales

Our liability is limited to:

• The purchase price paid
• Direct losses only

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.

8. Aircraft Transactions (Future Operations)

Aircraft sales may require:

• Regulatory approval
• Aviation authority documentation
• Export/import compliance

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, design, and content belong to Sissomotors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Zambia
